Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to fidelisinv.us and to inquiries made to Fidelis Invest LLC ("we," "us"), 9905 Old St. Augustine Rd, Suite 501, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Any purchase or lease is governed solely by its signed contract or lease, which controls over these terms.
Who we are
We buy real estate for our own account as a principal. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and don't represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. Our offers are business proposals and are not appraisals or opinions of market value.
No obligation
- Requesting or receiving an offer doesn't obligate you to sell or us to buy. Only a signed purchase contract creates obligations.
- We encourage sellers to compare options and have any contract reviewed by their own agent or attorney.
Rentals
- Rental applications are evaluated under written criteria applied equally to all applicants, in compliance with federal, Florida, and local fair housing laws.
- Availability, rent, and terms are confirmed only in a signed Florida residential lease.
Website tools
The seller net sheet and other website content are estimates for general information. They aren't appraisals or financial, legal, or tax advice.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact support@fidelisinv.us or (904) 268-7419. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. If a dispute isn't resolved, either party may request non-binding mediation in Duval County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim, unless a contract or lease provides otherwise. Nothing here limits your rights under the law, including the right to file a fair housing complaint with HUD, the Florida Commission on Human Relations, or the Jacksonville Human Rights Commission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for decisions made in reliance on website content or calculator results.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute under these terms is Duval County, Florida.
