An investor that plans to be your neighbor for a long time.
We're not a national call center or a lead-generation website. Fidelis Invest LLC is based on the Southside of Jacksonville, buys in neighborhoods we know, and owns a portfolio of rental homes we manage with care.
The name means "faithful." To us that means honest offers, deadlines we keep, and homes we'd be comfortable living in ourselves.

Will your offer be lower than market value?
Usually, yes. A direct, as-is sale to an investor typically nets less than a fully repaired, professionally marketed listing. What you gain is certainty, speed, and no repairs or commissions. Use our net sheet to compare honestly.
Are you real estate agents?
No. We buy for our own portfolio as a principal. We don't list homes or represent sellers, and you're welcome to have your own agent or attorney review any contract.
Do you buy homes in any condition?
Most, including homes with roof, foundation, or code issues, or ones full of belongings. Some properties aren't a fit, and we'll tell you quickly.
Which areas do you buy in?
Duval County, including Southside, Arlington, Westside, Northside, and the Beaches, plus parts of Clay and St. Johns counties.
