Fidelis Invest LLC was organized in Florida in 2019 and operates from the Southside of Jacksonville. We're a small, hands-on real estate company with three jobs: buying houses directly from owners, restoring them to a standard we're proud of, and either reselling them or keeping them as rental homes.
We started because we saw how often homeowners in tough spots, like inherited houses, worn-out rentals, or homes needing major repairs, were met with pressure tactics and vague promises. We wanted to be the opposite: plain written offers, realistic timelines, and no surprises at the closing table.
Every home we restore goes back into a Jacksonville neighborhood, whether that's a family buying their first house or a tenant renting a home that's been done right.

We are a real estate investor that buys and owns property for its own account. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we don't list, market, or negotiate on behalf of other people.
